Can you turn the large spur gears with your finger or is there binding happening?
The one way on the first gear lets it roll forward but this engages when you roll it back turning the large spur. If the spurs turn they will turn the pinions on the clutchbell. If the clutchbell is stuck and wont freespin then the problem is inside the clutchbell.
