I realize the strap isn't there for chassis stability. I've got a guy at our track that hates tape (besides me) and I mentioned that there was a car that was "basically" an L4 or could be upgraded from one that had a battery strap. They are just so much more convient then taping (IMO) I also think they are more secure then tape. But we got some guys that crash alot...once again...like me.

This thread has gotten so long. I think it's time we kinda have a directory for 12th (and TC for that matter) then break it up to chassis, general discussion, servo,motor etc. would make finding information much easier.
