I just so happen to have a handly little device call a Diff Thrust Bearing that takes care of that pesty problem of blowing up your hub bearings. It completely removes the thrust force applied to the inner race, returning the hub bearing back to a radial bearing. There is a delrin spacer that spans over the outter race of the hub bearing and transfers into an actual thrust bearing. This adds a tiny amout of parasidic drag to the diff, but the consistency gained is amazing. You will be able to run your diff for weeks or months without worring if it's gonna blow in the main. It's small enough that you can remove your wheel with out taking the diff apart. I have them for the popular Asc-CRC-IRS styles, Niftech, and for 10th scale axles for the oval guys. They can be found at Ashford Hobby or you can contact me for more details.
