I just got a 1/12, and let me say, if I could do it over again, I never would have got a TC3, or anything with 6 cells, for that matter. Let me explain:
1/12 is
-faster
-cheaper batts, a 6 cell is more per cell than a 4 cell pack
-cheaper motors, the lower weight puts less strain, so you can use a higher turn motor
-cheaper servos, you can get a competition servo (top end) for $62
-longer runtimes
-no parts to break
-easy to build
-no maintenance, I was talking to the guy who won Cleveland last year, he says he spends at most 1/2 hr on his car per week

Plus its just so much fun to drive, and Ive only had it for 3 races, my batteries arent even broken in yet!
