You should get over your fear of painting and try again!
For me, painting is just as much fun as driving... and I've only painted one body so far.
It is the canvas that you paint your car's life story onto.

who cares if its crappy?! mine has so many blemishes that I cant even begin to count them.
but I love it!
I say spend a little more on a nice, unpainted body and give it a whirl!
and go with the 200mm. if anything, for clearance.
