Traxxas make the most durable stuff. The rustler or the stampede will jump, bump, flip and fly with the best of them. They both are very good at jumping and catching big air. The amazing part is that they will land without fear of busting apart.
The shocks are ok on the rustler, they can give you good ground clearance. The only problem with the shocks are the caps. If you land too hard they'll pop off. That can be remedied with the aluminum shock caps.
Make sure that the truck has a slipper clutch also ( we can't have you busting up spur gears).
Overall the truck will last longer than any ae or losi trucks. Now that says customer satisfaction.
