Pod droop is the amount below level that the back of the motor box hangs. It is adjusted by the shock length. More pod droop means more weight transfer to the front wheels, increasing steering.

There are three holes at the back of the t-bar to attach it to the bottom plate. Adding the center screw (and spacer) adds steering.
