TRESFR ..... to answer your questions regarding BL for the NWCC or Stockton RC Raceway in general. Currently the Novak 4300 is allowed in the 19 turn class with the endbell and rotor upgrades. The Novak 13.5 is allowed in stock in stock form, no sintered rotor. As far as your comment on interest the NorCal guys don't stop here often so you won't see them on RCTECH. This race has traditionaly been well attended and I'd expect no less this year.[/QUOTE]
