Important Tip-
With the voltage, and low resistance these new 4200's are showing I have a 3 step process I have been doing and it's working GREAT.
Only in Mod Sedan have IB cells been dying fast.Umm all I can say is DUHHHH no kidding.Look at the stress these cells occur.
Get Real.

The Process is this.
Build the pack.Discharge it on a tray that will take them down to .8 per cell at least. Either .9 or .8 per cell.Tekin Battery Doctor,Rayspeed,Trinity 90 or Novak Smart Tray.
Then charge the pack at 2 amps.Yes I said 2 amps.
Let the cells get USE to each other before you start blasting them with 6.
Either discharge the pack or run it on a track as practice.
Do this same process the 2nd time at 4 amps.Yes I said 4 amps.
THEN and ONLY then do I goto 6 in the 3rd charge.
This has worked really well and less dead cells or venting.

Guys you have to understand the voltage we are dealing with in these new cells. It's almost unheard of.2 yrs ago we were bragging to each other over 1.18 cells and now there is 1.24's.Are you kidding??
We went from 1.15's in the mid 90's to 1.18's in 2003-4 and thought we had KILLER batts.Well we jumped .03 back then.
Try .06 in less than 2 full years.Stuffs GOING to happen guys.

IB's hands down.Waaay better performance..Voltage,Runtime and a lower resistance. But YES you do have to care for them correctly.
Mod sedan will destroy ANY brand of batteries after time.

Goodluck to all you guys racing and Happy Holidays.
