Yep, having the same problem myself... ordered a week ago, had an email to say it was gonna be posted Monday... its now Thursday and no sign of it yet... and no response to me email!!
Also just did a search in all my folders, but only 4, emails came up, 1st, the one you paid for the CCF 2nd is the one I said it was going out Monday! 3rd is the one you sent to me at 7.53 and I replied @ 7.57 so I can only assume something went astray, fortunately not your CCF so will go out tomoz as I said
