Sent the money for the e-maxx on 11/1/06 he said he receved it on the 6th. heard nothing from him for 2 weeks. and final he said it was returned to him on the 10th becouse he forgot to remove the old barcodes. said he was sending it out again the next day (the 22nd) and i haven't heard a word from him again. told me he was sending it out priority mail. So it should have arived here on the 27th, but didn't.
if you have a deal pending with him or still waiting on delivery i would sujest you look into leagal procceding. I am.
