Hi i am new to buggy nitros. i've run nitro tourer for a few years.

i need to know what number os plug or novarossi plug i should use in a v spec boggy engine using 30% nitro.

also do i need extra head shims?

i am racing in australia (currently summer 30 degrees celcius) with 30% nitro, good quality fuel.

it is the liverpool offroad track if any aussies are reading this.

another thing, should i use the WOT break-in technique (josh cyrul style) with this motor?
