that's cuff's ride - he was sporting that back at Vegas - i recognize the black anodizing, aluminum front arms, and the shock towers - and yeah that looks like some proto Tekin stuff....i believe that is actually the brushless/brushed speedo (3 circuit boards stacked)....check out the lettering on the wires
