yes the white plastic insert has to go.get a good tune and a better pipe for max power. just so you know that engine wont last too long with what we call a race tune.you should consider getting a new motor,something along the lines of a OS TZ ,MEGA,NOVAROSSI.They will last you a long time,and put out alot more power!
