I have wheeled both versions since they came out. The car is very unconventional, set-up wise. I like not having to tape my batteries. The chassis and battery brace are both 3mm. It does need some pretty small electronics to not have anything hanging over the sides but who runs monster stuff in their 1/12 scale? It suits my driving style well. There was an issue with the angle of the steering links, but that has been addressed. I run mine the old way and haven't had a problem. Someone else could better explain what I'm talking about in relation to the links.
