I hv 3 packs of 3800 non matched. With the teamwave, I noted all the packs have one cell which has lower voltage, ie, 1.08-1.10V whereas the rest are 1.21-1.23V.
Can it be done to replace the 1.10v with the 1.23V so I hv 2 averge voltage pack of 1.23V? (regardless of the battery capacity & I.R.) The remaining can use as a motor lathe batteries.
Has anyone done this before? I read some where from this forum before that dis-soldering & re-soldering of any battery packs will actually do more harm to the pack.
