Actually Euro-spec as well as US-spec have the (4 larger) mounting holes for anyone who wishes to switch to Asso-style front suspension!
Although I wouldn't really know why anyone should swap this, because if you give the Corally suspension a chance and run some tests (and tip!: put loctite on the "droop"screws) you'll see it is as fast as any suspension...
Both chassis can use alternative front suspension.
They however do differ in rigidity.
The US version is slightly stiffer, due to the flat and high-grip tracks over in the US as opposed to Europe with it's (slightly) less grippy and even a little more bumpy tracks.
