Hi Martin, the only real weakness on the car is the plastic front spool (LA211 is the spare). I would try and source one or two of these as spares if you plan to run the spool (we are out at the moment, hopefully more in our next Kyosho delivery). The aluminium replacement should also be available shortly.
I've also broken a couple of the C-hubs/uprights (TF006-4), I don't think these are a weak part, I just clipped unforgiving corners at speed (or got punted into orbit by another car!), these are the parts that always break on tourers.
Other than that I think the post made by Barger a short while ago sums it up, the car just works out of the box. Can't ask for much more than that really!
