As the car rolls the anti roll bar transfers load from the inside wheel to the outside wheel. This loads up that side as if the spring is stiffer. The result is a faster action. The downside is that the car doesnt roll so far and so you get slightly less grip
Stiffen the roll bar on the front and you get fast initial turn in with a loss of mid corner steering.
Stiffen the roll bar on the back and you get initial understeer.
When setting up the car always try to compensate for the negative effects of a setupchange. For instance
For more reactive steering stiffen the roll bar. To negate the loss of mid corner steering move the caster clips to the front and lower the roll centre
