You may pay half for the 4200, but the LiPo will give you at least 10 times as many cycles. And those cylcles will be better and stay the same throughout the life of the battery. The 420 NiMH will be best when new and continue to lose performance cycle after cycle.

Also, you must realize that "4200" means nothing. Even in the NiMH world, there are varying degrees of quality that lead to more run time, faster operation, and loger life. A generic 4200 stick pack will not perform nearlyas well as a GP or IB brand 4200 battery. With NiMH, the brand is very important.
