me thinks 110-115!!!
it has to be that big because of the 1:1 drive ratio with the single belt
still, if the spur is that big, pinions are gunna be like 19-20 for stock on 63mm wheels for a roll out of 33mm
if the above is correct a one tooth change to the pinion will make a huge differance to the roll out, maybe some 64 pitch gears are needed?
the spur gear does not have to be that big, thats just what has been put on the car.
