i hope you are kidding, but yes it will, but you will still need the front suspension, rear suspension, and most likely the shock towers and batttery strap.
the upgrarade is proabaly on the pieces that have changed from the t2 to the 007. which is roughly bulkheads, servo saver, and maybe hard arms, and then tops decks.
