I can only comment on c-hubs. If you run your rear arms in the lower position on the bulk head your car will roll much more. I always ran 50 weight oil and adjusted clickers as needed. More castor will give you better turn in a little push coming out which might help on your oversteer. Shorter front camber links also give more off power steering into a corner. Longer link holds more coming out. I definitely would go with a front sway bar, but after much testing I have not had good luck with rear bar. Ralph, Travis, Jared, and myself experimented a lot at the Cleveland warm-up track and at the US Indoor Champs. Every track is a little different though.
Keep in mind that too stiff is not always good. The weight HAS to transfer. If the weight cannot transfer it will flip.
