The track pic you posted looks very fast and rather easy. I am wondering why you want to run 30mm tires? I think the best bet on carpet is Jaco purple/orange front and Jaco purple rear. This has worked well for at many different tracks all over including the US Indoor Champs.
As for your set up you need to make sure your car is rotating very well in the 180 switch backs. Go with 1 degree rear toe for starters.
