Important, as some have mentioned:

Counter sunk screws = use a dremmel to create a slot for a regular screwdriver only, do not drill out, as there is not enough shank left to grab with pliers (i made this mistake after reading a few threads) and was left with an retrievable shank.

Button head/cap head screws = drill off head or dremmel
