Evo 2 also comes with better bearings.
In all honesty the differences between the T1 and the EVO are not extreme. Most of which are small parts that you will eventually replace anyway. The exceptions would bulkheads with the adjustable bearings, and maybe the dual ackerman servo saver.
The EVO is a T1 with the modifications that increases it's adjustablility more than anything else.
