His credibility is the problem. Therefore in my eyes, guilty till proven innocent. Sorry, but taking over a month to rectify this is absolutely unacceptable. And any of you that will shout that I should be patient, are a bunch of idiots. I don't play when it comes to my money. If you allow it, people will generaly walk all over you.
Hopefully he learned a lesson here, a couple of dollars for tracking is good insurance.
