I only say that because: He got a money order from a western union location, i.e check cashing joint/liquor store/ supermarket, instead of going to the post office, buying a POSTAL MONEY ORDER (which by the way i sent him originally) and sending it right on the spot. Those MO's can be counterfeited, where as a postal MO is a sure thing. So until it clears and my reeimbursement is complete, I stand by my original assertion.
