I guess I wasn't specific enough.
I am looking for the technique to slather the damper tubes with oil. My current process is:
1. Clean tubes and sticks
2. fill the grooves with oil
3. Slowly insert the stick into the tube
I wasn't sure if there was more to it then that or not.
