If that happened, either your old car was a POS and you should really look at your maintenance schedules or this new car will put all the other cars out of the A main at every race it goes to.

At best a new design is worth about .1 seconds. On most tracks, that is between a 5 - 10% improvement, which is a stretch in itself.
