AFAIK: There will not be Stock & Tuned versions, only one. If anyone will want a 'Tuned' version they will rely on Murnan or other tuners. Did some small mods to my .21 On-Road and it woke up a lot, there's a lot of potential on those engines with some little work on there.

And regarding the .12... not bad at all for a engine who carries 10 months late from their original schedule, but kudos for Mario Rossi and the Gandini Bros for their first WC with the Ninja.
