the diff was brand new and really smooth and quiet tight.i stop driving it as soon as it started to slip.the metal plates actually 'turned' on the out drives.to pull the off the plates off the out drives i had to melt them off with a heat gun.the diff doesnt look like it melted or got hot.but i have to say,that it was a shit load of power
