i have our DB12 car as coming soon on our website.the conversion has been around for over a year now.it has won and made the top 3 at a bunch of national event both indoors and outdoors.pretty much all the 1/12th cars will work on asphalt.i have not seen many asphalt specific cars to be honest with you.being that the majority of flex is aborbed by a T plate or sidesprings,a flexi chassis does not necesarily make a good asphalt car.Adrian M will tell you the same thing.we did testing on flexi and rigid chassis on asphalt.the flexi car was not as good.Paul Wynn has tried both also and prefers the more rigid car.the stock 12L4 is an excelent asphalt car and is also not a flexi car.the only car that i can see being specific for asphalt is the yokomo which also seems to be suited more toward a large sweeping track due to the further spread battery location.
