If you have a different speedo to try, do that. If it still glitches then it's your receiver. Trust me, I pulled my hair out for a week tracking the problem down.
This was after I moved my electronics from a different car, and this didn't happen on the car which I had moved it from. (Yokomo CGM to Tamiya MSX)
