In My opinion you would have more trouble with the Stainless steel/alloy combo than the Titanium/ alloy combo although it seems that Titanium and alloy too like to weld themselves together. A friend tried stainless steel screws in his car and found that the St/steel screws after a period of time were a hassle to get out of the alloy. This may be an Isolated case but be aware of these things.
