Another vote for the Werks...they're cheaper than the turbo clutch and they're adjustable by tightening the nut. They even have a nut you can adjust from the outside while the car is assembled.

To keep the nut tight (loose, actually...LOL), just use your Xacto knife and scratch 3-4 lines in the threads and use a dot of blue loc-tite...works perfectly. For the BB, I would use the gold spring and set the nut about 1mm down to start...tighter with more traction, looser with less. I wrench on my buddy's truggy with the same setup...the shoes last FOREVER and the bearings last almost as long.
