Yes, it's 2mm out of the ball link, but this is on the rich side I think, mine is about 1mm out of the ball link.....

But, just try and re-adjust the needles till the engine runs correct, slightly rich on the bottom.....

Also here in Holland on some Dutch forums, people keep asking for base settings of an engine, but an engine needs to be adjusted to the local environment (fuel type, temperature, humidity, level) so learning to adjust it yourself, is the best you can do.....
