ah men! thats exactly what i do. get an empty 20 oz bottle. put about 2 inches of whatever solvent you use and drop your bearings on. start shaking! when youre done lift the seals and put a little oil on the balls. youre done and you didnt have to spend hardly any money.

Thanks mate. what solvent is effective in this machine? Also, do I need to take the teflon seals off first?? I am just too lazy s
