Can a driver enter both?
That final decision is really up to Doug, Brandon and Jimmy and I will pass it on to them...the rule is no sponsored drivers can go down to stock but the gray area is a non-sponsored guy going up. It will depend on his or her qualifications and experience. Hope that helps.
