Definately Kyosho if you want the best handeling, although I havent seen a mugen run yet. The STR jumps much smoother than anything else I have seen.
A good example is if you undershoot a big triple or quad and land on the top of the last jump: instead of pancaking and slapping it just absorbs the shock and keeps on going. I am very pleased with mine, and its always nice to have something different because everyone around my track has a Jammin.
