I normally just stick a piece of tie strap, from the top thru the exhaust port and turn the flywheel. if its really stuck, I use a thicker plastic like a servo horn or a shock spacer. If that doesnt work i spray a little wd40 around the sleeve and let it sit. A little heat around the sleeve should help as well.
