Also remember, after you oil it up good, use a towel, or papertowel and squish all the excess oil out of the filter. Working at a hobbyshop, we have found that if there is too much, it will take some power away because the lube (associated stuff anyways) is so thick that it acctually blocks some of the cells on the foam.
