T. Thomas, Tony2 and Nick111 are correct. The red compound is the softest and silver is the hardest.

Team Losi Red is comparable to Pro-Line M3
Team Losi Silver is comparable to Pro-Line M2
Team Losi Pinks are inbetween reds and silvers but aren't commonly used.
