There are many theories and urban legends developed here to solve this problem. Heres what I have done:

-Installed a monoblock
-Installed the aluminum upper brace
-Replaced the inner 2nd gear clutch balls with some bigger ones (S710's ball diff balls)
-Replaced the 2nd gear clutch shoes with the MTX-3 shoes
-Recheck your engine clutch ball bearings
-Decrease the gap that the clutch bell travels by adding shims inside the clutch bell
-Remove your first gear, do your mesh then install the first gear. (Without the first gear, both clutchbell/2nd gear should move freely.
-Change the aluminum pinions for some steel ones (they last a life time)

Hope this helps.
