It's tucked and closed in by the suspension stuff, that it's a little hard to get to. I haven't had mines yet, but if I'm not mistaken, the Evo2 motor mounts (I had an Evo2) are the same. You need a really long allen wrench w/ the short side shaved down to be able to fit it and tighten the motor mount. The TC-3 motor mount is great, as the screws come from the top instead of the side, making it very easy to get to. But then again, it's a weak mount, and the motor moves out of place very easily. I luved my Evo2 so much more than my TC-3. I just hope the Evo3 doesn't dissapoint when I it reaches my doorstep=)
