It sounds like the clutch is overheating slightly, try to back off the tension or decrease the gap to 0.5 or so. The setup i usually run is 0.6 mm clutch gap with the spring tightened about 1.3 mm, i have also lightened the flyweights by drilling the holes to 3.5 mm.
