Josh, I hope you do have the seminar! I was having the same problem that fastrcracer was having...I already toasted my CRF once ...I replaced the piston, rod and sleeve but now I'm scared to run it but I need to get it ready for the GLC!.......I hope I don't toast it again or I may not be racing
