Well it worked, It's back running around like a champion, I replaced everything with new heavy duty bits and some areldite and small bolts.
I had a look at my LHS and Kyosho have some aluminium cast front axle carriers and I think I could make them work.
Anyway, keep me in mind if anyone comes across spares, thanks guys.
