If you use the old battery jigs with the new 3800's and 4200's, the fit is so tight, you wind up skinning the insulation (cell wrapper) off the cells. Not a good idea with a battery that sits next to a conductor like graphite. You're better off to skip the jig and save the insulation. Thanks; Ernie P.
