Hey Harsh,
Try moving your belt tensioner back to the hole in the middle of the deck instead of right at the front pulley. I had that problem when I ran a corally and when I moved the tensioner back it never happened again. I think Jeff Brown and a few of the other "Factory" Guys run there's back there....if they run one at all.
